is there a program out there that will help me to tag my files the easy way

Winamp Pro $20. Add your music files to the Winamp library. Now highlite the song you want to tag and press alt and 3 now you will see the song info. If blank press Auto Tag. GraceNote will try and match the audio finger print to the ones in their database. I use this all the time.
