  • The stats given do not break down how many people have tuned in daily. Do not allow you to go back to pull past data nor print it will these things be included in the final migration which is supposed to be completed this month (Feb)?

    Do you broadcast live?
  • reaperreaper February 3
One more question, why do you need this information?
  • DerekAllenDerekAllen February 8
I would like to see past 30-45 days for sales purposes. I am new and currently using the trial period but really love what I am seeing. I have plans to monetize the stream and my website by my analytics on my website and how many listeners I have. Its great to see current peak listeners but I would like to see my peak for the month as well and what times I am peaking. Hope that makes sense.

How are planning on monetizing your stream?
  • DerekAllenDerekAllen February 8
I am using an automation system so I would like to sell ads on-air. Plus, the custom splash page on loudcaster could maybe be used but primarily on-air. My advertiser would need to know how many average listeners I have and what time.
  • reaperreaper February 8
You cannot place ads in your stream.

Even Non-Profit/Educational Underwriting is Prohibited? If that's the case, then that could be huge when considering Loudcaster indefinitely. I wasn't planning on running traditional commercials. Mostly, underwriting sponsorship.

For example, "L1 Radio is brought to you by Loudcaster. For more information about loudcaster, visit their website at loudcaster.com. L1 Radio is grateful for the support of Loudcaster as a business partner of L1 Radio."

Well, I believe that something like that would be OK. The only problem with is if using a service such as Loudcaster, Live365 etc. your are broadcasting under their license and therefore restricted as to what you can insert in your stream.

I would just recommend contacting Brandon and asking him if your content is OK to broadcast before airing it. Just some friendly advice.

I really appreciate the advice. I will check in to find out.

So back to stats. Do you think just seeing past states would be available? If not, I probably can figure something out, just want to know. Thanks again for all your help on this matter.
  • reaperreaper February 9
Right now I doubt it. Brandon is concentrating on migrating legacy broadcasters to the new dashboard. But it has been discussed but not sure if more stats will be available in the future.
