I've been playing around with the demo version of Station Playlist Studio (and creator) that has the demo version of Oddcast. If I buy the bundle of SPL does it include Oddcast too or will I need another plug-in to stream?

yes if you buy the station studio playlist bundle, it does come with the oddcast plugin
