Listener Support Imaging.

    Hello,

I have been working on some support imaging for The Trumpet Channel. Your thoughts?

Also, I can do some for you at a VERY reasonable price.

The female voice you have on there is very good! She had a nice, clear tone. Also, I like the production -- not overly produced, but still very professional.

Define VERY reasonable and you might have some takers here.

    Well done!

I agree %100 Tim. Sad thing is I just ordered 10 15 second ID's on Saturday.

    Ballpark pricing could help :-)

What is the going rate? I don't want to pinch anyone (even thought we are all wealthy broadcasters)!

I get my ID's (up to 15 sec) for $7-$10. Sweepers @ $25 (max 35 sec) all usually DRY.

(ps: If you don't have a PayPal account I would suggest you do. Much easier for everyone)

I can match that and I will produce them for you.

I just paid $9 each for 4-15 second fully produced ID's. I also have a friend of mine who has a woman that does dry liners and I am getting those at 6 for $20. My buddy, who has done most of my ID's, will produce them for $1 each.

But, I would guess $5-10 for up to 15 seconds would be a good place to start.
  • DocDoc April 2011
    Are they in mp3 form???
  • DocDoc April 2011
(reaper)...you get 6 for $20 ??..WOW. Are they in English?..lol
  • reaperreaper April 2011
Yes, I get them cheap because she is a friend of a friend. She has a great voice and is in radio in southern Minnesota. Remember Skipper, they are dry at that price.
  • reaperreaper April 2011
Nice!! I may inquire about some short ID's next month for my crooners station. Targeted to a much older crowd. About Skippers age ;-).
  • DocDoc April 2011
Dry yes...I would expect that. Still, pretty inexpensive. You're not supplying here with, ahem, "extra bonus' are 'ya?...lol

    (hey, I saw that!..lmao)
  • DocDoc April 2011
However, these liners are very good...

Just my wit and great sense of humor **cough***.

I just spewed coffee out my nose to the keyboard. Thanks :D
  • reaperreaper April 2011
You need one of those plastic keyboard covers for coffee and other fluids. Ahem....beer.
  • DocDoc April 2011
    LMAO yes true!

If you're looking for very inexpensive but quality imaging music, there's a ton of options for a variety of formats starting at $7 for Internet Only radio stations at: http://www.internetradiojingles.com

Hey folks...I'm looking for some new imaging for my station and wondered if any of my fellow broadcasters had any voiceover people to recommend. I'm looking for someone who can do a good adult alternative/triple-a sound...not too intense, very laid back and conversational. Thanks!

I can also recommend Ray Gauthier. He does a great job.

Here is a link to a voice over artist just breaking in, so let him know what you're paying elsewhere and he'll surely match if not beat. See what you think. He appreciates constructive feedback.

We're looking for a female voice for some hard rock flavored dj drops and show IDs. Any recommendations?
