Station not showing up in the guide
  • FreezeFrameRadioFreezeFrameRadio December 2011
    My station was off the air for a few months and i just started broadcasting again three days ago.

    The encoder is working, the statistical relay is working, and nothing has been changed in our song database, but for some reason we're not appearing in the Loudcaster directory.

    I think this issue arose once before after coming back from a break and i had to contact support to get it squared away, but i was just curious if anyone here knows what may cause this and if there is anything on my end I can do to fix it?

    again, we ARE broadcasting, I can tune in via the control panel, but no one can find us via Loudcity.

    Any input would be appreciatted.

    Thanks,

    JR

    PS. We are broadcasting live using Sam4. We never us the DJ Bot.

    Sometimes it takes a while. But I'd contact support.

    @freezeframeradio

    When broadcasting live make sure that your now playing information is sent as

    $artist$ - $title$ - $album$

    It was not your issue. Fixed. You show up now :)

    Thank you all.

    I had just sent an email to support and as soon as I clicked submit I went back and there we were.

    Thanks for the help!
