hello all, reaper was kind enough to create a logo and graphic for my station page..sadly, I am clueless as how to get those from the email to the proper locations on loudcaster..can anyone offer a tutorial? Don't worry about explaining what may be obivous to others, as I am a babe in the woods regarding this. thanks...dan Dans Special Blend

Save both graphics to your computer (I recommend in your My Pictures) folder. The square one can be uploaded in your DJ Dashboard in the "Edit Channel" area. The larger graphic can be uploaded in the "Theme" area.

Can I get a little advice here about adding a background photo?

When I upload the photo it overwhelms the screen and the entire photo doesn't show up. I've tried resizing the digital image but haven't found the right number of pixel ratio. When I was experimenting there was a period where the entire photo showed up, but then when I opened it again it was back to the problem size. I didn't change anything, by the way, once I got the right proportion, but it reverted to oversize.

My other problem is getting a photo to show up in the "creator" box on the channel page.

    Thanks.

When resizing the photo, just resize the photo, but do not resize the canvas. Use 1600px X 900px as the canvas size. Be sure to center the photo and that should solve your problem.

    thanks. will try that solution.

I'm still having a hell of a time getting the photo right. I tried the 1600x900 ratio but that didn't work. Then using the photo editing program I reduced the original by 80%. That worked! So today I fire up the channel and the image has changed back to the oversized one without my manipulation.

Can you send me the picture and let me have a look at it dj@partyhitzradio.com

Thanks reaper. Now the photo is displaying correctly. I have to make some adjustments to the text so will hold off sending the photo just yet. I'll see if it stays without reverting. Thanks again.
