Hey there, people. I have a question. Can you broadcast whenever you want and for as long as you want? An accurate reply would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks, Andrew.

radiowayne notes that he broadcasts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and has does so continuous for over 11 years, though only for a year or so on Loudcaster.

But, then again, he could be wrong.

The only thing you are really governed by is the DMCA.

Yea as long as you don't try and play more than 2 songs per hr from the same artist/album your gonna be OK. The DMCA is a real issue. Now swearing may get your listener cound lowered due to offensive language, but so far not a rule on Internet radio (Yet).

yeah profanity is not restricted on internet radio like regular AM/FM radio that is dictated by the FCC.

internet radio and satelite radio are on the other hand is not under control of the FCC. however, it dosn't mean that you could get crap for it. if you have a show that cantains alot of f-bombs that air during the day. it bound to alerm listeners with children. so I somewhat agree with TheLegacy here. two much profanity during daylight and early primetime hours can descrease you're listeningship slightly.

as for playlist. do yourself a favor and try spreading you playlist out to be safe
