Guest DJ's
  • EvilliveEvillive June 2011
I am thinking about adding a few Guest DJ's on our station but worried about security issues with that. Can the guest DJ mount password be changed? How do we insure they cant over ride my stream when we do not want them to? Does anyone have any experience with this?

Yeah thats what i am worried about. What happens if i decide to get ride of the DJ for some reason. He can still log in with the guest mount if i am currently on the DJ bot.
    Thanks Rage

Yeah, this is definitely a problem. I asked Brandon about this awhile ago. For now, I think it's safer to have a DJ record all of his VO parts and create a scheduled program with music. That way, you can insure that all music is properly tagged. It's not the same as broadcasting LIVE, but it's better than nothing until we have a way to change passwords.
